We are looking for a bold, thoughtful, and progressive designer to join our team of 4, who is hungry to take on challenges and bring big ideas to life. You are passionate about marketing design, brand building, and creating visual solutions for complex concepts and ideas. What you will do

Follow/improve art department standards for consistency in design and marketing materials

Work with the art department to create original graphic content for the company's website, social media pages, and other marketing materials

Develop and produce beautiful, captivating communication materials and collateral, including digital media, sales and marketing collateral, presentation decks & business documentation

Be comfortable working directly with the marketing team, delivering feedback

Be able to review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness for our brand

Maintain graphic consistency across all deliverables

Contribute to the development of the creative team

Work on multiple projects simultaneously

Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content, website, and other marketing materials

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline

6+ years of graphic design experience

Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping

Tremendous amount of attention to detail

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

You are diligent, proactive, and able to complete assignments within tight deadlines

Dedication to graphic consistency and quality across all channels

Experience in the beauty and/or fashion industry is an asset
